TESTThis is not the real shop – orders and payments are not real.

These terms of sale apply to purchases made in the Prindla online store. Please read them before placing an order – you must accept them at checkout, after which they form part of the contract between you and us.

Goods and prices

The Prindla online store sells 3D printer filaments (Bambu Lab, Polymaker). The product page lists the material, the manufacturer’s description and the available options – for example colour and spool size.

All prices are in euros and include 24% VAT. The price shown with a product is the final price of that product – only the cost of the delivery method you choose is added, and it is shown as a separate line at checkout before you place the order. There are no other fees, service charges or payment surcharges.

Payment

Payments are intermediated by Maksekeskus AS. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) or with an Estonian bank link; you choose the exact payment method on the Maksekeskus page. Payment takes place outside the online store in a secure environment – with a bank link in your own bank’s secure environment, and by card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller has no access to the customer’s bank or credit card details. We charge no surcharge for using any payment method.

Please note: when paying with a bank link, be sure to click “Back to the merchant” on your bank’s page – that way the payment confirmation reaches your order immediately.

Delivery

We deliver within Estonia only. We do not currently ship outside Estonia.

  • Omniva parcel machine – €2.99, in the parcel machine within 2 business days.
  • SmartPost parcel machine – €2.99, in the parcel machine within 2 business days.
  • Courier to your door – €4.99, the courier calls ahead and delivers to the door within 3 business days.

We do not offer free delivery. Our cheapest standard delivery method is the parcel machine at €2.99 – this figure also matters if you withdraw from the contract, see the right of withdrawal page.

If an item is out of stock and delivery is delayed, we will tell you by email. In any case we hand over the goods no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered – for example if they have run out or the manufacturer no longer supplies them – we will tell you as soon as possible and refund the full amount paid, including the delivery cost, without delay and no later than 14 days from sending that notice. The money goes back by the same means of payment you used.

How the contract is concluded

Ordering works like this:

  1. You add products to the cart.
  2. At checkout you enter your email and delivery details and choose a delivery method.
  3. Before placing the order you see a summary: products, quantities, delivery method, delivery cost and total. You can still change everything you entered and correct any input error in this view – go back to the cart if needed.
  4. You confirm that you accept the terms of sale and the right of withdrawal information.
  5. You press the order button and are taken to payment.

The contract is considered concluded once the payment has been received.

We send an order confirmation to your email address without delay. That message contains your order details with the price breakdown, the delivery destination, the seller’s details, information on the right of withdrawal, the model withdrawal form, how to make a complaint, and the version identifier of these terms – and it stays with you.

The contract can be concluded in Estonian or in English.

Every order is a one-off sales contract. We offer no continuing contracts, subscriptions or automatically renewing agreements, and you have no minimum-duration obligation.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you physically received the goods. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The full procedure – when the period starts, how to notify us, refunds and the model withdrawal form – is on a separate page.

Right of withdrawal, returns and the model withdrawal form

Complaints and conformity of the goods

We are liable for the sold filament conforming to the contract – its description, quantity, quality, diameter, packaging and what can normally be expected of filament of that kind. We are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of the goods being handed over to you.

During the first year after you receive the goods, the lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of handover – you do not have to prove it, we have to prove otherwise. After the first year and until two years have passed, you must show that the defect existed at the time of handover.

If you discover a defect, tell us no later than two months after you became aware of it: write to info@prindla.ee, include your order number, describe the defect and add a photo if you can.

What you can require

First, you can require us to repair the goods or replace them with goods that conform. We bear the costs of repair or replacement, including transport and postage. We do this within a reasonable time of your notice and without significant inconvenience to you.

If we refuse to repair or replace, fail to do so within a reasonable time, the defect reappears, or the defect is serious enough to justify immediate withdrawal, you can require a price reduction or withdraw from the contract and get your money back. If you withdraw on this basis, you return the goods at our cost.

This is a separate right and not the same as the 14-day right of withdrawal: a complaint can be made within two years and requires a defect, whereas withdrawal requires no reason at all.

Commercial guarantee

Prindla OÜ does not provide an additional commercial guarantee for the filaments it sells. Your rights arise from the law and cannot be restricted. If a manufacturer provides its own guarantee, its terms are stated with the product – a manufacturer guarantee does not limit your statutory rights against us.

Complaints

Send complaints by email to info@prindla.ee or by post to our postal address. Include your name, your order number and what you are asking for.

We reply in writing within 14 days.

Dispute resolution

If we do not satisfy your complaint or we cannot reach an agreement, you can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. The proceedings are free of charge for you.

You can apply once you have first complained to us and we have refused or you do not accept the solution we offered. The committee may decline to hear claims below €30, or applications submitted more than 12 months after you complained to us.

For a cross-border dispute, the European Consumer Centre can advise you: consumer.ee.

You can also always turn to a county court.

Personal data

How we process your personal data is described in our privacy notice.

For processing payments, Maksekeskus AS acts as our processor. Prindla OÜ neither sees nor stores card details.

Validity of these terms

These terms of sale are standard terms and they become part of the contract between you and Prindla OÜ once you have accepted them at checkout. We store the moment of acceptance and the version of the terms with your order.

These terms are written in Estonian. The English translation is provided for convenience; in case of any conflict, the Estonian text prevails.

Any agreement derogating from these terms to your detriment as a consumer is void, and the law applies instead.

The identifier of the version in force is 2026-09-02.
