BL200 is a patent-pending, non-standard filament engineered by Polymaker specifically for medical purpose applications. With a formula of PETG and TPU tailored to the demands of clinical use, BL200 balances exceptional printability with the mechanical performance required for orthopedic applications.
Certified for skin contact safety, BL200 is ideally suited for orthopedic applications including corsets, braces, and other wearable supports.

Traditional corset fabrication relies on Polypropylene sheet based workflows that are time consuming and difficult to customize. By integrating BL200 into a 3D printing process, manufacturers can significantly streamline production, reducing manufacture time, simplifying fitting iterations, and enabling patient specific designs at a better cost.
