Product description
Go Beyond Boundaries with Polymaker™ HT-PLA Pro
The pro-tier upgrade engineered for makers, engineers, and print farms who require advanced functional durability without the printing complexity. While standard PLA limits your designs, Polymaker™ HT-PLA Pro redefines what PLA can do—combining high heat resistance with professional-grade impact strength to deliver real-world performance directly off the build plate.
Print-and-Go Heat Resistance
We’ve re-engineered the crystallization behavior of PLA to push the Vicat softening temperature up to 150°C directly off the build plate— no annealing or post-processing required . Your parts will confidently hold their shape in heat-exposed environments where standard materials soften and deform, such as inside parked vehicles, on sunlit windowsills, or near heat-emitting machinery on the factory floor.
Pro-Grade Toughness Redefined
HT-PLA Pro retains excellent thermal properties while taking mechanical performance to a major step forward. Built to directly address the brittleness of traditional PLA, it delivers more than 2× higher impact strength (9.94 kJ/m²) and an approximate 30% improvement in Z-axis interlayer adhesion (26.8 MPa) . The result is a highly reliable material that handles drops, vibrations, and structural stress without splitting along layer lines.
Seamless Workflow Integration
Unlike other high-temperature filaments that sacrifice ease of use, HT-PLA Pro prints on standard PLA settings. It runs flawlessly on most open-frame FDM printers with no enclosure, no specialty hotend, and no complex tuning required. Supporting print speeds up to 300mm/s , you can unlock engineering-grade reliability within your existing production workflows instantly.
The Ultimate Functional Upgrade
Polymaker™ HT-PLA Pro is the most accessible, high-performance solution for producing functional, durable parts. It is the ideal choice for creating jigs, fixtures, sensor housings, brackets, and snap-fit assemblies—allowing you to easily produce high-strength, heat-stable parts without moving to complex, challenging-to-print engineering materials.
